Mr. Deb will start the session with a brief introduction about AIS Ltd. and how they are actively involved in Value Added Glass segment. AIS has been renowned with Deming Prize which clearly depicts the hard work and strength of the organization.

There were different practices which were followed but Mr. Deb focused mainly on Talent Management, Talent Diagnosis, Manpower Planning and Talent Pipeline.He explained to the students how organizations should change and work continuously with respect to Risk Mitigation which includes achieving execution excellence with the help of People Processes, Strategy Processes, and the operational Processes. He also stressed to follow the Leadership Pipeline Model which provides the framework on which organization can be built while re-configuring the old ones. He also advised the students to follow the KRA’s based on the roles.
