COAIEMA 2028 will be conducted in a hybrid format. Please note that virtual (online) presentations are exclusively reserved for foreign authors. All Indian delegates are required to attend and present their papers in person at AIMT Lucknow.

Selection of papers will be based on detailed Abstract (Limit 250 words, max 6 keywords) and full paper in IEEE Double column format (max 6 pages).

Create an account or login to the official Microsoft CMT submission portal.

Complete Paper Details

Enter manuscript title, detailed abstract (up to 250 words), and max 6 keywords.

Upload Full Paper

Upload full research paper in PDF format (ensure plagiarism is strictly checked).

Verify Submission Details

Review all author affiliations, track choice, and manuscript details carefully.

Important Instruction: The registration fees will be submitted through online banking/UPI and fill the registration form after payment through the link given on the conference site. Each author must individually register to attend and receive the conference kit. In the registration form, please attach the screenshot or UTR number of the transfer for instant verification.

Author Registration Rules & Policies

Mandatory Registration: At least one author of every accepted paper must register at the full author rate to ensure inclusion in the conference proceedings volume.
Maximum Page Limit: The regular registration fee covers a standard paper length of up to 6 pages in the IEEE two-column format.
Extra Page Charges: Additional pages beyond 6 will incur an extra charge of ₹1,000 per page (for Indian authors) or USD 25 per page (for foreign authors), subject to editorial approval.
IEEE Member Verification: Authors registering under IEEE Member category must provide their valid IEEE Membership Number and upload a copy of their active IEEE membership card.
Student Verification: Student delegates must upload a scanned copy of their valid University / Institutional Identity Card or Bona Fide Student Certificate from their Head of Department.
