Bihar Student Credit Card YojAna

Bihar Student Credit Card Yojana (MNSSBY) aims to provide financial support through the banking system to students on reasonable and affordable terms and conditions. Students who have cleared their Intermediate/12th class from institutions under the Government of Bihar and are unable to pursue higher education due to financial constraints are the beneficiaries of the scheme. The government introduced the Bihar Student Credit Yojana in Bihar. This Bihar government credit card scheme provides financial assistance to students for higher education.

The Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme is applicable only to those colleges or universities accredited by NIRF, NAAC (Grade ‘A’), or NBA. Ambalika Institute of Management and Technology is accredited in the B.Tech (CSE) branch and plans to extend accreditation status to other branches of B.Tech and M.B.A. soon. Procedure for admission to AIMT through the credit card scheme: AIMT has designed a well-defined process for admission to its accredited branches. This process consists of the following steps:

  1. A student interested in admission must fill out the registration form online or offline.
  2. The student will appear for the online examination process and must qualify the examination. The date of the examination will be displayed on the website.
  3. The qualified student must deposit the registration fee within the given time frame.
  4. A bona fide letter will be issued to registered students for further processing through the DRCC as per the guidelines of the Bihar Student Credit Card Yojana.
  5. AIMT reserves all rights for admission under the guidelines of UGC/AKTU.
