Documents Required for Admission in the First Year of B.Tech/ BBA/BCA/ MBA/MCA / Second Year (Lateral Entry) for Academic Session 2026-27
All candidates admitted to the First Year of B.Tech/ BBA/BCA/ MBA/MCA / Second Year (Lateral Entry) for the Academic Session 2026-27 must bring the following documents for admission verification and university enrollment.
- Allotment Letter issued by UPTAC-2026 (if admission is taken through UPTAC-2026 Counselling).
- Original 10th Pass Mark Sheet/Certificate.
- Original 12th Pass Mark Sheet.
- Original Diploma Mark Sheet (in case of admission to B.Tech Lateral Entry).
- Original Transfer Certificate (TC) (for UG Course) / University Migration Certificate.
- Original Character Certificate from the last attended institution.
- Original Medical Certificate issued by CMO or CMS.
- Photocopy of Aadhaar Card (UID/EID) – Both Sides.
- Photocopy of Domicile Certificate (if qualifying school is other than Uttar Pradesh).
- Affidavit for GAP (if any) between passing of High School and date of admission.
- Photocopy of Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC), if applicable, issued by the competent authority. Caste certificate must be issued after 01 April 2026.
- Photocopy of Annual Income Certificate of Parent (for SC/ST/OBC candidates), if applicable, issued by the competent authority.
- Photocopy of EWS Certificate (for General EWS Category candidates), if applicable, issued by the competent authority.
- Four recent passport-size coloured photographs.
- One set of self-attested photocopies of documents mentioned in S. No. 1 to 13 (as applicable).
